Teams
Mighty Muddogs
Our mighty Muddogs learn the fundamentals of lacrosse and body movement. When they embrace the values of age appropriate play, fun and player centered, small sided play and physical literacy, players learn the sport better, love it more, and play longer. Mighty Muddogs practice two times per week and have intersquad games on Saturdays. The Mighty Muddogs only play in the spring.

Little Ladies
Our Little ladies further develop the fundamentals of lacrosse. Their focus on the introductory level of the rules of the women’s game and small sided play in 7 v 7 games.

Junior Muddogs
Our Jr. Muddogs boys teams further develop the fundamentals of lacrosse. Their focus on the introductory level of the rules of the men’s game and small sided play in 7 v 7 games. This age group wears full equipment.

Lady Muddogs
Our Lady Muddogs are increasing their level of skill and are more competitive with play. Having fun while focusing and developing their passing, shooting, dodging, and overall gameplay. We will continue our development and game IQ at the middle school level while refining lacrosse technique. They play full field 11 v 11 games.

High School Girls
Our high school girls Muddogs provide an opportunity to our high school aged girls in the valley to play an amazing sport. We will focus on fundamentals, athlete development and game concepts. The girls had their inaugural season in 2023. We will continue to develop and push our athletes while focusing on the fundamentals of the game and increasing the level of competition.

High School Boys
Our high school Muddogs are increasing their level of skill and are more competitive with play. Having fun while focusing and developing their passing, shooting, dodging, and overall gameplay. They play full field 10 v 10 games. This team is part of the Appalachian States Lacrosse Conference.
